Kelas dalam Olahraga Tinju

Catatan Ringan.  Tinju (boxing) termasuk olahraga yang paling banyak penggemarnya (penontonnya).  Tidak seperti olahraga bela diri lainnya yang memiliki tingkatan (sabuk) dalam keahlian dan senioritas, tinju tidak mengenal tingkatan.  Dalam pertandingannya hanya ditentukan dalam berat badan atletnya, inilah 18 kelas dalam olahraga tinju:

Heavyweight (Kelas berat), Rocki Marciano, joe frazier, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis adalah beberapa nama yang malang melintang di kelas ini.

Junior heavyweight (Kelas berat junior) / Cruiserweight (Kelas jelajah), Yunier Dorticos dan Oleksandr Usyk adalah petinju tangguh di kelas ini, Evander Holyfield juga pernah merajai kelas ini.

Light heavyweight (Kelas berat ringan), Sergey Kovalev dan Roy Jones Junior salah satu petinju yang hebat di kelas ini.

Super middleweight (Kelas menengah super), Gilberto Ramirez, James DeGale, George Groves dan David Benavidez adalah para juara di kelas ini

Middleweight (Kelas menengah), Demetrius Andrade dan Canelo Alvarez merajai di kelas ni.

Super welterweight (Kelas welter super) / Junior middleweight (Kelas menengah junior), Jaime Munguia, Julian Williams dan Tony Harrison menguasai kelas ini.

Welterweight (Kelas welter),Terence Crawford, Errol Spence Jr., Keith Thurman, Shawn Porter dan Manny Pacquiao berada di kelas ini.

Super lightweight (Kelas ringan super) / Junior welterweight (Kelas welter junior), Maurice Hooker, Josh Taylor, Regis Prograis dan Jose Ramirez menguasai di kelas ini.

Lightweight (Kelas ringan), Vasiliy Lomachenko dan Richard Commey adalah juara di kelas ini.

Super featherweight (Kelas bulu super) /Junior lightweight (Kelas ringan junior), Jamel Herring, Tevin Farmer, Gervonta Davis, Miguel Berchelt dan Andrew Cancio berada di kelas ini.

Featherweight (Kelas bulu), Oscar Valdez, Josh Warrington, Leo Santa Cruz, Gary Russell Jr. dan Xu Can adalah juara di kelas ini.

Super bantamweight (Kelas bantam super) / Junior featherweight (Kelas bulu junior), Daniel Roman, Daniel Roman, Rey Vargas, Brandon Figueroa dan Tomoki Kameda berada di kelas ini.

Bantamweight (Kelas bantam), Zolani Tete, Naoya Inoue, Nonito Donaire, Nordine Oubaalidan John Riel Casimero merajai kelas ini.

Super flyweight (Kelas terbang super) / Junior bantamweight (Kelas bantam junior), Jerwin Ancajas, Khalid Yafai dan Juan Francisco Estrada menjuarai kelas ini.

Flyweight (Kelas terbang), Kosei Tanaka, Moruti Mthalane, Artem Dalakian dan Charlie Edwardsadalah juara-juara di kelas ini.
